The YONI Biotic includes food supplements for your vaginal microbiome. Each specific YONI Biotic is based on a single species of Lactobacillus (for example: L. crispatus or L. gasseri). Lactobacilli are generaly considered as beneficial microbes for your microbiome.

How to Use Your Personalized Supplement?
Each package of YONI[Biotics] contains 30 capsules. It is recommended to take one capsule daily over two months (two packages in total). This capsule does not need to be taken with food. If preferred, you can stir the contents of the capsule into liquids (e.g. milk or fruit juice) or semi-solid foods (e.g. yogurt).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule and keep the YONI Biotic out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Store the YONI Biotic in a cool and dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
We know that life can get very busy! For this reason, we advise you to set a daily reminder on your phone to not forget taking your YONI Biotic.
What Happens After Two Months of YONI Biotic Use?
Since everyone is unique, the response to the YONI Biotic may vary between individuals. For this reason, we recommend doing a follow-up microbiome analysis after the first 2 to 4 months of taking the YONI Biotics to assess their effectiveness and make adjustments if necessary.
